Does the cost of renting a villa charge per person or per villa?
The villas that are for rent through Luxury Asia Villa (LAV) do not charge per person but per villa, however there is additional charge for extra beds or for guests that exceed the maximum number of guests allowed per villa.
What is the minimum stay policy for guests?
Minimum stay policies for guests are usually 2-7 days. These numbers are commonly flexible and vary depending on what season it is or what villa is being rented. The minimum amount of nights that guests can stay fluctuate throughout the year, especially during peak season periods. Typically the longest minimum night stays are during high season periods.
Do all villas that Luxury Asia Villa offer have private swimming pools?
All villas that LAV rent to guests have private, luxury pools and many other amenities.
Who do we speak to in our villa if anything is needed throughout our stay?
Each villa has a manager and staff member that are available at all hours to cater to any of your needs. You can also contact LAV directly with any questions or concerns and we will gladly assist you.
Is there anything we should know when booking a villa if we have children?
Contact Luxury Asia Villa (LAV) and we will make sure that you have the perfect villa that will accommodate children and adults. Some villas are better matched for children than others. Most of our villas come with toys, games, and books to make sure you’re children are well entertained. LAV can also provide babysitters upon request.
Are Luxury Asia Villa private?
All LAV villas are made to respect the privacy of guests. Most villas are isolated and those that are not, are built to maintain the privacy of our guests. All villas have securities that are on guard 24 hours a day for your protection.
How do I reserve a villa?
Contact LAV directly through email or phone. We will need information such as what villa you would like to book, dates, and payment details. If you want your reservation to be confirmed immediately, you will have to make a payment in full. If you would like to make a reservation and pay later, your booking will be held for 5 days. If you don’t make a payment within 5 days of your reservation, your booking will be dropped.
How much do I need to give for my booking deposit?
50% of the rental amount must be given within 5 days during the low season and 2 days during the high season after the reservation has been processed. The rest of the payment is due 45 days before arrival and 60 days before arrival for Christmas and New Year bookings. Payment in full must be received immediately after the reservation has been processed for bookings that are done last minute.
Can I cancel my booking after I make a reservation?
Notice of cancellation must be received by Luxury Asia Villa in writing by email at least 30 days prior to arrival for Low Season, 45 days prior to arrival for High Season and 60 days for Peak Season bookings Deposit will be refunded in full less US$500.00 OR 20% of monies received (whichever is greater), if the booking is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival the deposit will be forfeited. Reservations cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival are subject to a complete forfeiture of deposit to compensate the agency for the time and effort involved in making a booking and to compensate the owner for the loss of other potential bookings that have turned down once a booking has been confirmed. Final Payments are non-refundable.
What do I do if I want to cancel or make changes to a booking that I made?
Contact Luxury Asia Villa (LAV) immediately of any changes that you want done. It is not a guarantee that your request will be fulfilled due to high demand in villa bookings and availability.
Do all villas have Internet service?
Most of the villas offer Internet access. Wireless services, connection speed, and cost may vary depending on what villa you are renting.
Does breakfast come with the package when renting a villa?
Most villas offer breakfast and is included within the package. Other by gorceries system which means that food provision is charged at grocery cost plus 20% handling fee. Kindly note that this handling fee is subject to 5% service charge and thereafter 10% government tax. Upon arrival, please provide a cash float of between US$ 300 to US$ 500, for your consumables, local currency is preferred. The villa staff will make any purchases and present receipts. They will keep you informed of the balance and if the cash float needs replenishment. Please do advise the villa staff if you would like to purchase anything during your stay — they are there to make your life easier.
Does each villa provide transportation?
Most villas have cars and drivers that are available upon request and will require additional payment. Airport transportation is included with the price.
Does my villa include a personal chef?
All our villas have personal chefs who will cater to your every need when it comes to preparing a perfect meal. Our villa chefs will shop, cook, and accommodate to your culinary requests. All villas have fully equipped kitchens for personal use of our guests.
Are there any additional expenses or fees?
Additional expenses include food, transportation, taxes, and tips.
